Invisible Empire is a trade name owned and controlled by Invisible Empire Publishing LLC, a registered limited liability company. The name has been in continuous, active, and public commercial use since April 11, 2023, and has accumulated substantial goodwill, brand recognition, and consumer association across multiple industries during that time.
Under United States common law, the exclusive right to use a trade name is established through prior and continuous use in commerce — not solely through federal registration. Invisible Empire Publishing LLC asserts enforceable common law trade name rights to “Invisible Empire” in all categories in which it operates, based on its documented prior use and the substantial reputation built under that name.
The Invisible Empire trade name is currently in active commercial use across the following categories:
